Korea Student Visa

Description

This visa allows individuals to study full-time in South Korea for undergraduate program (D-2-2) or graduate program (D-2-3) with validity up to 3 months and stay permit up to one year . It can be extended as long as the student remains enrolled in the study program. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Eligibility

Am I eligible for this visa?

1. Have received a Letter of Acceptance or Admission Certificate from a university / institution
recognized in Korea.
2. Have received a Certificate of Health (TB) issued by a hospital appointed by the Korean Embassy
3. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay in South Korea, such as recent bank statements.
4. No record of Korean visa rejection in the past six months.
5. No history of immigration violations in Korea or other countries.
6. No history of overstaying in any country.
7. Clear criminal record.
8. No record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
9. No history of deportation from any country.

The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.

Letter of Attorney to pick-up passport from Korea Visa Application Center. Please fill in the form with this template here. If the applicant's age is below 18 years old, parents may sign on behalf of the applicant with template here Please leave the information of SPUN agent that will represent to process the application. We will require you to send us the original document.

Financial Proof for Study in Korea *

1. Bank Statement for the Last 3 Months (wet stamped) 2. If the Korean university is located in the capital: >KRW 20,000,000 / IDR 235,000,000 3. If the Korean university is outside the capital: >KRW 16,000,000 / IDR 188,000,000

Employment Proof for Korea Visa *

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with company letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Letter of sponsorship from Parents *

Sponsor: parents’ details who were Indonesian.

Certificate of Health (TB) *

Certificate of Health (TB) issued by a hospital appointed by the Korean Embassy. You can find the list of appointed hospitals list here with template provided by the Korean Embassy Certificate of Health (TB) here Children under 6 years old & pregnant women can replace the Certificate of Health (TB) with : - A physical examination certificate from a referral hospital (for children under 6 years old) - A pregnancy diagnosis certificate containing information of the doctor's name, practice permit number, doctor's signature and hospital stamp (for pregnant women)

You can request a tax invoice by filling out the Tax Invoice Request Form. Your tax invoice will be processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that tax invoices can only be requested for paid invoices and the request must be submitted no later than the 15th of the following month after the invoice is paid.

A tax invoice cannot be issued under the following conditions: - The order status is unpaid - The tax invoice request is submitted after the 15th of the following month from the payment date - The order or application is currently in the refund process
