Description

This visa (D-2-6) allows individuals to participate in a study exchange program in South Korea with a validity of up to 3 months and stay period up to 1 year. After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at the SPUN Operations Office, or opt for delivery add-on during checkout.

Eligibility

Am I eligible for this visa?

1. Valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond the intended departure date from South Korea, containing at least one or two blank pages.
2. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay in South Korea, such as recent bank statements.
2. No record of Korean visa rejection in the past six months.
3. Evidence of financial capability to cover travel expenses.
4. No history of immigration violations in Korea or other countries.
5. Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
6. No history of overstaying in any country.
7. Clear criminal record.
8. Sufficient funds to support the stay.
9. No record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
10. No history of deportation from any country.
11. Consistency in the stated purpose of travel.

Passport *

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

National ID (KTP) *

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Family certificate *

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Birth certificate *

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Colored photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm *

- Size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, Max. size 2Mb (2pcs) - Not older than 7 months - Has never been used in any other visa. - File format using *.JPEG/ .JPG/ .PNG in color - White background - Proper composition - No edit allowed - No accessories is allowed

Certificate of witholding tax income (Optional) *

Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

Bank statement for the last 3 months (wet stamped) *

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number

Employment Proof for Korea Visa *

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with company letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Certificate of Health (TB) *

Certificate of Health (TB) issued by a hospital appointed by the Korean Embassy. You can request a tax invoice by filling out the Tax Invoice Request Form. Your tax invoice will be processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that tax invoices can only be requested for paid invoices and the request must be submitted no later than the 15th of the following month after the invoice is paid.

A tax invoice cannot be issued under the following conditions: - The order status is unpaid - The tax invoice request is submitted after the 15th of the following month from the payment date - The order or application is currently in the refund process
