Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.

Bank statement for the last 6 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number

History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.

Copy of the page which contain your signature in your passport. It could be in the last page or in the Endorsement page

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Original sponsorship letter with letterhead and stamp from institution/company who sponsor you. You can download the template here

The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.

Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.

Bank statement of the last 3 months from a person who sponsor your travel.

Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
