The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date. Name must be consistent across the passport, birth certificate, ID card, and family card, if there is any discrepancy, a PM1 (Name Discrepancy Letter) issued by the local district office is required.

Letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Germany that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.

Write freely and describe why you would like to study in Germany and why you have chosen the specific degree programme. Also explain your plans for the time after graduation. This letter must be written in either English or German.

- Please provide evidence of how you will finance the additional tuition or language course fees, like providing your bank statement for the last 3 months. - This also includes whether you have already paid a deposit or the fees for the first year of your stay. - Declaration of commitment: If a person living in Germany agrees to cover your costs, this person can submit a Declaration of Commitment to the local immigration office in Germany. The financial capacity must be marked as proven in the Declaration of Commitment and issued for the corresponding purpose of entry.

Please prove that you are able to finance your living expenses for the duration of the visa. The exact amount: to study EUR 992/month, to look for university EUR 1,091/month. Please submit your CV. Summarise all previous activities, training and qualifications up to the current application date in a table in your CV. The CV must be written in English or German.
