Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period.
