Mediation Letter can be obtained through the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania. You can see the example of mediation letter here To obtain this letter, your host in Lithuania needs to send an email to the Lithuanian Embassy in Singapore or Japan requesting the creation of a mediation letter to invite you to Lithuania.
