ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is the name for Indonesian Limited Stay permit. This ITAS is a visa intended for foreign investors who wish to establish a company in Indonesia. This visa allows the investors to stay in Indonesia and manage the company they establish. Notes: - This service is for applicants who wish to change status of their current ITAS. If you're applying for the first time, please refer to this link - You must be present in Indonesia from the beginning to the end of the extension period and must also attend the biometric process at the Immigration office.

Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia which must be fulfilled within 90 days of entrance with : - investment value minimum USD 2,500,000 (two million and five hudred US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years, or - investment value minimum USD 5,000,000 (five million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years
